Because of the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All products sold on TrueMarcoms.com are non-tangible, downloadable digital goods. Once a purchase is completed, you are granted immediate access to the files, and therefore we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in very limited cases outlined below.

Exceptions – Refunds May Be Granted If:
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
Duplicate Purchase
You accidentally bought the same product more than once. We will issue a refund for the duplicate payment after verification.
Corrupt or Missing Files
If your download is incomplete, corrupted, or you are unable to access it due to a technical issue on our end, and we cannot resolve it within 3–5 business days.
Wrong File Delivered
If the product you received is completely different from the one you purchased, we’ll correct the error or offer a refund.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at support@truemarcoms.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
Change of mind or mistaken purchase
Incompatibility with your software or tools (all requirements are clearly stated)
Lack of knowledge on how to use the files
Failure to download or access due to customer’s device or internet limitations
You no longer need or want the product
Price differences due to promotions or sales
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first at support@truemarcoms.com before initiating any payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in your account being suspended and blacklisted from future purchases.
